All about me

My name is Tina and I live in Norfolk. I've been keeping rats for around 10 years and it all started with 2 pet shop bucks, Bill and Ben. When we first got rats we did not have internet access so only knew about pet shop rats, once we got our internet access that opened up a whole new world of Fancy Rats. From searching the internet that's how I found my first Roans, which came from Rowangate Stud. When I went to visit Rowangate Stud I was like a child walking into a sweetie shop! It was great seeing so many rats and so it was at that moment that I decided that was what I wanted!
I'm a member of the NFRS,MRC and ERC.
I show and breed rats but first and foremost my rats are my pets.
I am a hobby breeder breeding for health, temperament and longevity. I'm not a commercial breeder, and I do not make any profit from my animals.
All kittens are handled from birth and live in my living room so they are the centre of attention and also they get have lots of scritches with all the family.
All perspective owners must be prepared to be asked lots of questions; as I need to be completely satisfied that my babies are going to loving homes where they will get the care and attention that they deserve. I will only let rats go to new homes in a minimum of single sex pairs.

A list of breeders can be obtained by sending and e-mail to kitbag@nfrs.org Kittens are generally between £10 and £15 each.

I'd like to say THANK YOU to:-

This is a selection of items that I sell on behalf of the NFRS.

Izzy, our 5 month old Fell Terrier, and Taz sharing yet another cuddle!

Here is Izzy having a kiss with one of the rats, not bad for a dog that was bred for hunting vermin!

This picture was taken at an Exhibition that Lisa and I done at Stevenage Museum in March 2006.
